User Agreement Governing Your Use of the me779 Platform

By accessing, registering an account on, depositing funds into, or placing any wager through the me779 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the me779 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) acting in your individual capacity.

• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of a me779 employee engaged in gaming operations, product development, or financial services for the platform.
• You are not self-excluded from the me779 platform or from any other gambling platform under a cross-operator exclusion arrangement.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

me779 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. You must provide a valid Philippine government-issued identification document — including but not limited to a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID — when requested as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3.1 One Account Per Player. Each player may register and maintain only one (1) me779 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If me779 detects that a player holds multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, device identifiers, or IP addresses — me779 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any outstanding balances or pending withdrawals without notice.

3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your me779 login credentials, including your password and any one-time PIN (OTP) codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party. me779 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access arises from your failure to maintain credential security.

3.4 Account Activity. Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, wager, or withdrawal activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. me779 reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee not exceeding ₱200 per month against the dormant account balance, provided that the applicable balance will not be reduced below zero.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. me779 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Additional methods may be added or removed at the Company's discretion. 4.2 Deposit Terms. The minimum deposit amount is ₱200. me779 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are your sole responsibility. The Company is required to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities. me779 may delay, hold, or refuse a withdrawal where it reasonably suspects that the transaction is connected to money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful activity, and may request additional documentation from the player as part of an enhanced due diligence process.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback awards, and promotional credits issued by me779 are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published on the applicable promotion page at the time the bonus is claimed. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. 5.3 Bonus Abuse. me779 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome or first-deposit bonus more than once.
• Using VPN, proxy, or other technical means to misrepresent your location or identity for the purpose of claiming bonuses.
• Employing betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus structures with minimal risk (i.e., "bonus hunting" or "bonus whoring").
• Coordinating with other players to exploit a bonus promotion collectively.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. me779 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that no modification shall adversely affect bonuses already credited to a player's account prior to the modification.

6.1 Bets and Wagers. All bets placed on the me779 platform are final once confirmed. me779 will not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed wagers except where a technical fault, manifest error, or other circumstance enumerated in this Agreement permits cancellation. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of each bet you place before confirming it.

6.2 Manifest Errors. In the event that a game result, odds quotation, bet settlement, or bonus calculation contains a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect pricing, payout errors caused by system malfunction, or dealer error in a live game — me779 reserves the right to void any affected bets and reprocess settlements at the correct values. Players are not entitled to retain winnings that resulted from a manifest error.

6.3 Game Malfunctions. If a game freezes, disconnects, or malfunctions during an active round before a result is determined, the affected round may be voided and the wagered amount refunded to your me779 wallet. Game malfunction results in no play and no pay unless the round outcome can be independently verified from game server logs.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. 11.3 Maximum Liability. In the event that me779 is found liable to you for any cause of action, the maximum aggregate liability of me779 to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your me779 account during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Your Responsibility. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you participate in all games and wagers voluntarily, with full awareness of this risk. me779 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur as a result of gambling activities on the platform.

14.3 Jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal customer support process, the parties agree that such dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
